Sunsets and hummingbirds, praise ye the Lord!

Respirators and check-engine lights, praise ye the Lord!
Fig trees and compost heaps, praise ye the Lord!
Visas for foreign trips, praise ye the Lord!

He has done marvelous, marvelous things!
I, too, will praise him with a new song.

Burglar alarms and ice-cube trays, praise ye the Lord!
Dorm rooms and history class, praise ye the Lord!
E-mail and Fed'ral Express, praise ye the Lord!
Bicycles and barbeques, praise ye the Lord!

He has done marvelous, marvelous things!
I, too, will praise him with a new song.
