Things You'd Think I'd Know By Now ...

Do not drop a piece of clothing in the red/pink/purple family on top of a DAMP piece of light colored clothing in the beige and/or blue family and leave it there until laundry day (in a week or two or three) if you're not going for the accidental semi-tie-dye look.

In particular, do not do this AGAIN after you've already ruined a pair of jeans and a shirt by this procedure.

It's a good thing the average price of any given article in my wardrobe is <$5. Easy come, easy go. (Actually, this time I managed to salvage the item in question. Go Oxy-Clean.)
