The Carrboro PTA is having its seasonal clearance sale on Saturday: $3.00/bag for clothes, books, shoes, you name it. So much for sleeping in.
And of course it isn't announced on their website. This is why any serious thrift shopper has to go to the PTA at least once a week, to keep up to date on current events.
I think I'll go in tomorrow afternoon for a little pre-sale scouting. :)

I found GREAT things at the Carrboro PTA thrift. Wish I could shop there often.
