All went well with GrandDad's eye surgery today. The paperwork took longer than the procedure. He says that he could tell when they put the new lens in because his vision changed markedly. (Couldn't feel anything, though, because of the anesthesia. That's got to be weird to have your eye working while they're working on it.) His vision is still a little blurry, as is usual. We've got a follow-up appointment tomorrow morning.
